I purchased the platinum diamond earring jackets to give my diamond studs a different look. The platinum is a little heavier then the white gold, however they are made beautifully and the diamonds are brillant with the studs. Make sure you know that when you order your jackets for 1 carat stud earrings it means the jackets will only fit 1/2 carat in each jacket. I was hoping to fit my 2 carat (1 carat per stud) into the jackets, but they are to large and do not fit snuggly into the center jackets…perfect fit for only 1 carat (1/2 carat per stud).
